ATHENS, Greece – The Toledo women's basketball team said goodbye to Athens on Thursday and flew to the island of Santorini to continue its foreign trip.
After enjoying one final breakfast at the hotel in Athens, Toledo headed to the airport to catch its flights to Santorini. The island is approximately 120 miles from mainland Greece, an after a short flight the travel party arrived to their respective hotels. A free afternoon was followed by a group dinner at the hotel before loading up the busses to head to Fira to shop, explore, and enjoy Santorini's capital city.
